the squam lake inn is nestled in a peaceful wooded area, making it a perfect escape. the staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with any requests. we loved the delicious food served at their restaurant and how the place took care of special diet needs.

We had an amazing time at the lake! Took a scenic boat ride, and it was a fantastic way to explore the beauty of Squam. The kids enjoyed playing board games and indulging in the delicious food at the restaurant. Perfect family getaway with my niece!

The Squam Lake Inn provided an excellent work environment with a spacious Squam Suite that was airy and quiet, perfect for my needs. The attention to detail was remarkable, with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub that added comfort. The owners were accommodating, offering a to-go breakfast for my early departure, which was a thoughtful touch.

Every summer, we cherish the weekend at this lovely Inn. The new full-service restaurant offers fantastic meals that make our visits extra special. We appreciate the thoughtful improvements each year. Don't miss the local hiking trails nearby for some beautiful nature walks!

squam lake inn is a true gem! perfectly located within walking distance to the village and lake. the king room was very comfortable, making great use of the space. i loved the fresh and well-presented food in the dining room. it was a charming touch having cookies and board games available for guests to unwind with.
